Our Ovens and Pretreatment System

Both in Pad Printing and Screen Printing it may be necessary to have a pre or post treatment to ensure that the ink used "clings" to the printed material. This is because not all materials are identical in surface tension (it is the term used to define whether a product has a good surface seal or not). Therefore it is necessary to find a system that can go beyond the simple use of a catalyst (an additive added to the ink that serves to improve the hold on the piece) and that is why these printing aids can be used.
